What does it mean when a black cat crosses your path?
I hear its good fortune, bad luck...yadda yadda yadda.
I just want to know, Cuz i was just looking into the eyes of one gorgeous midnight black cat...
maybe someone has a good answer for me?
If you are superstitious it means bad luck shall come your way.
this however was not true until the Salem witch trails...back then black cats were seen as familiars for witches. before that however...I read that a black cat crossing your path was actually good luck.
both instances are right...good fortune...bad luck...but it really comes down to..if you are superstitious.
btw...a pure white cat crossing your path..is supposed to mean disaster or death ( not yours..but maybe someone you know)...lol I think I will take a lil bad luck over a disaster or death any day.
